Kay has always been so helpful in planning our trips but even more that that she is someone who goes beyond what you would expect should there ever be a problem. She has helped us get discounts for a cruise and a refund on airline tickets that the ticketing agency was not inclined to provide. The trips that she organizes herself and acts as tour guide are fantastic. One we took to Africa with Kay was absolutely one of our favorite trips. Everything was organized to the tee. The experience of seeing the Big 5 (Lion, Leopard, Cape Buffalo, Elephant, Rhino) was something we'll never forget. Maybe even better than that though were the cultural experiences of visiting villages in Botswana and Namibia. We could not have imagined a better trip.
